I came yesterday 8/31/16 just an a whim, I found a toy for my nephew and a trash can. There is so much to look at. Everyone that works here is so busy and were really working hard and friendly. I've been in several thrift stores where you don't see any employee to ask a question or get help, this impressed me. It nice to shop somewhere and feel comfortable with the staff. I had a very nice experience at the cash register, with your employee Jackie and wanted to give her my compliments, she a good employee and cares about the customers (something you don't see anymore) Jackie if your reading this your doing a great job. If I could I would give you a raise, who knows maybe your manager will notice this and give you a reward :) Thank you Jackie. read more

Clothes and always great options on coats for women men and kids. My favorite thrift store.

Best stocked thrift store around. From clothes to hubcaps, I have nearly always found what I was looking for over the course of a few visits. read more

HUGE! I finally had to go home after a few hours, but I still hadn't gone through half the store. There's usually 50% off but you can never find the color that's on sale. They did have everything organized by color which was nice too. read more

If it's not the high $ literally stapled 2 their stuff that'll get 2 u, it'll be the unusually strong putrid BO stench that'll hit u once u enter... gotta be the worst I've encountered. read more

I am an avid thrift store shopper. When I first started going to this place about 8 years ago, I was very impressed with the organization of the store, the cleanliness, etc. However, lately the management has become greedy. Some of their clothing is highly priced. For example if it is name brand, sometimes they will charge more than the retail value (and mind you these items are donated for FREE) and I can find the same name brand products for lessat stores like Ross, Marshall, Burlington Coat Factory, etc. to name a few. Now sometimes their prices for children clothing is reasonable. But if a company is suppose to donate to veterans, then there is no reason for items to be priced so high. They are crowded every week. But I have reduced my trips going there because they are getting out of control. I use to donate my clothing to this store, but now I don't. I want to make sure that when I donate to a thrift store that people in need will be able to get clothing at a reasonable price. I now donate my items to the Fred Jordan Mission, The David and Margaret Home, and the Salvation Army to name a few. read more

Their sale for the day was 50% off all tags, but white tags. I thought I had found some great deals, but when I got to the counter I was told that the items were priced incorrectly. The manager tried to up the prices on all of the items I was interested in purchasing. When I told him I was no longer interested in making the purchase he tried to haggle with me. Don't waste your time at this place! read more

Really cool finds here for pretty much anything you could think of! Pretty good prices too. It is cash only which you should bring because you probably will find something you want. It can be kind of hard to pick out items because things get moved around a lot from people. Worth checking out read more

You'll find something every time, and if you didn't, then you just didn't look hard enough. Unlike most thrift stores, you will find very little 'junk' here and a lot of genuinely good items. I have found antique glassware sets, a full suit which I wear to work, supercute vintage shoes, all kinds of brand name clothes.... Considering the quality, the prices are very reasonable and they constantly have color tags on sale. The guy who reviewed this place and said it's expensive must be out of his mind. Last time I was there, this lady almost had a brain aneurism when she found a brand new Super Chopper Deluxe in box. I think the whole store heard her when she yelled: "THE SUPER CHOPPER DELUXE!!!! OH MY GOD!!!! ITS THE SUPER CHOPPER DELUXE!!!" Chances are you will have a similar reaction when you find the treasure you never knew you were missing your whole life.... read more

This is seriously one of the biggest thrift stores I've ever been to. They have a huge selection of items especially clothes. The layout is very well organized which makes finding things alot easier. This is seriously one of my favorite places. Prices are great too! read more

1. red white and blue? we support the military?.....NO MILITARY DISCOUNT. 2.unprofessional, we couldnt tell if the staff sitting in chairs smoking in front of the store were homeless or jail day workers. 3.cashiers, rude and lazy...they ring a bell at you with a "what the heck do you want" look on their face. how about, how can i help you sir? 4.over priced. the 3 times i have come here its the same. dont waist your time. so many other thrift stores that support good causes. customer service does matter read more

I think their prices were comparable to a Ross or TJ Max which doesn't make sense because it's not selling new clothes prices were too high for a thrift store read more

Tried to drop off donations of furniture and clothes in the back. The manager came out and told us "we don't have no more room, we don't have no more room ". My guess is that because it was after 4pm he was too lazy to unload the items which we would have done for him. read more

One of the largest thrift stores around. Lots of clothes and electronics. They have half price sales . Purchased a real nice laptop here for 15 dollars. Lots of deals. read more

Yes, I know it's just a thrift store but this location is usually loaded with quality items. sometimes it feels like your on a treasure hunt. the staff could use a bit more training. they are as personable as a dmv employee. when your looking for items behind the cashiers booth, they just walk by you without asking if you need any assistance. I understand, it's just a thrift store but it doesn't take a rocket scientist to learn some manners. read more

I used to love going to this place several years ago. This place is always crowded even on weekdays, but this place has the best deals. I wish this place was open on Sunday. I never leave empty handed at the store. The thing I don't like about this store is that sometimes the staff isn't really friendly, if you ask them for something behind the counter. read more

lots of stuff! if your looking for a certain something, you'll find it here. they have lots to look at and lots of parking. be ready to endure alot of dust and dander. have a hanky available. read more

This one is like a gold mine. The prices are great you can get so much for $20.00. It's not clean but it's a thrift store. It's to be expected. The service is okay. I guess I just don't expect a whole lot from a thrift store other than being cheap. read more

My mother and I went in on Monday to look for a bow tie for my brother. We ended up finding one that came with a tuxedo shirt so it was actually even better! When we went to go pay the cashier who's name I unfortunately did not get but can describe (she has curly hair) saw the shirt as she was ringing out my mom and said "I should have bought this. I could have used this". To our surprise when we opened the bag yesterday, the bow tie that we really needed was missing. The shirt has a loop on the back that secures the tie to be in place so it falling off is definitely impossible. My mother went back to ask about the bow tie today and according to this associate, she says she had saved it in the front for her to come back and doesn't know where it went. How convenient is it that something that she said she "could have used" just so happened to have gone missing. I don't see how something could have gone "missing" from Monday to now. That's just ridiculous. Horrible customer service and extremely sketchy. After dealing with HER I would definitely never go back here after being loyal customers to this specific location for the past 10 years. read more

Lots of good clothes, for great prices. Definitely would recommend poppin' some tags here.

I love this place very big and cheap. The way a thrift store should be. Unfortunately good thrift stores are hard to come by. But this one is great, they have everything. The staff is very nice and helpful. The only this it's really dirty, make sure you bring your sanitizer with you. :) read more

This place is really hit or miss. You can find some really cool stuff once in a while. I found a mid century Danish modern side table there, and then found its pair a month later. Just make sure you hold your nose when you walk in because it smells to high heaven. read more

Vietnamese Am Vets get l0% for picking up all the goods from locations. A jeweler is paid to price all the incoming items for authenticity. They have been burned for unknowingly pricing fake purses high. Really great lady manages store and she is very good at discussing any issue. Staff in back has become expert at knowing labels and price accordingly. Any high priced item will be halfed following week. Yes, prices have gone up this year. Don't buy it this week! Seniors half price Wed and Sat. But, others have been known to be included, wink, wink. Many antique/ebay folks spend all day walking around because staff continuously berings out new things until 3. This store has amazing contracts with high end communities to pick-up residential items. Any x I go can get Inc, Jones NY for 3 to 6 $.! Yes, it does smell. Think it's because they might launder everything before putting it out. You can go in the back to ask any question you have: electrical, lost price tag, help with item. Most staff around floors do not speak english, but will get someone for you or someone always helps. Such nice smiles from everyone. read more

This is the best thrift store I have ever been to. And I have been to most in Southern California. They are very big, well organized, friendly staff, moderately priced. And have a new never ending turn around of inventory daily. Some things they are very high priced on. And in some cases those items will stay there for weeks on end. I have seen some cloths that were priced high end up staying on the rack for weeks. But I have bought $280.00 new with tags designer jeans for $12.00. They seem to be priced high on furniture. I have gotten some great house hold items there like dishes, mugs etc. I even found a brand new in the box never used $100.00 coffee maker for $10.00. Make sure you test any electronics you buy. I bought a Dell 24 inch computer monitor. I plugged it in there and it worked. And bought it for $30.00. Took it home and it ended up that it shuts off only after a few seconds. It was a bad VGA port. So that was $30.00 down the drain. It can be very crowed so go early. The parking lot can fill nearly up. read more

love to shop here. i try other thrift don't really care for them your number 1 in my book

THey have good stuff esp clothing, but the manager, is very rude and has a very bad demeanor towards the customers. I go there at least once a month to buy clothing to donate and have observed him several times talking disrespectfully with the customers at one time he was talking to two elderly woman. He acts like he couldn't be bothered. He talks very curtly and shows no apathy to anyone. His eyes are very cold and won't even talk with a smile. read more

If any of you are familiar with what Amvets used to be, then you'll be a fan of this thrift store. If you are not, then be prepared for a really good thrift store shopping adventure. There are lots of quality donations to be bought at reasonable prices. You can tell that many of the people working there enjoy their jobs. They are friendly and helpful for the most part. This is way better than the thrift store in nearby Azusa off Foothill Blvd. read more
