Her first automatic response is "I'm not convinced ____ is a problem". She would also complain about money and her personal life. We always paid her rent even when we didn't want to. While we were there, the only thing she followed through on was getting pest control for the bats and rodents in the walls of the house, but that was still stressful. We finally left that house and the facts stand as the electricity is not split evenly between the two units in her house, the electricity has not been evaluated by another electrician to make sure it is grounded properly (the first guy said it wasn't), and we did not receive an itemized list of damages or our deposit at all. Some business writing classes would help too, as her emails were not business like at all.

She set a very unrealistic price, emails with an offer!? What? I've never had a realtor email with an offer. Pulled comps that were 2 years old. She wanted a sale more than the buyers and myself. Set the price high hoping to get a nice commission but ended up screwing everyone out of a deal. She was unhappy that the buyers asked that I didn't show the house after I accepted an offer. I could go on and on, but do yourself a favor and find a realtor that knows at least the basics and has their client in their best interest. Not a greedy sales person. Luckily things worked out but not without having to tell Krystal how to do her job.

When it came to our security deposit, they ended up depositing it all to our one roommate which was fine, but what wasn't fine is that they lied and said they asked us if that was ok to do. None of us were asked if it was ok, they just did it and then lied saying that they did ask. Working with maintenance was also a hassle. When we would put in a request they would email us saying when they would be coming, and then they would show up a week later. Overall not the best experience with this property management group, however I did love the house we lived in and wouldn't trade those memories for the world! Hence why I gave it 2 stars.
