This has to be by far the most unprofessional service I have ever received and will be cancelling the service immediately! To come outside and see that trash is not only still in the trash bin but then to see trash scattered in front of my residence is a level of unprofessionalism and utter disrespect to a patron! This is the second week in a row where trash has been in the street but the first time I gave the benefit of the doubt. To see it again and to see it at this level is completely atrocious and disgusting. I understand the business is franchised but there has to be some sort of checks and balances for quality control so that these things 1. Do not occur and 2. Punishes "haulers" for this type of negligent service. Beware of this service unless you want to see your trash on display and having your neighbors wonder why you have trash in front of your property. I have never experienced worst customer service from a company. This company picks and chooses from trash they take. They claim they do not have a hydraulic system for heavier bags, yet we have 2 bags of the same weight and they only picked up one. They then ignored the second bag the week after as well yet charged us for trash that week. They take forever to get back with you, and when we set our trash out for them to get along with the can as we are not using their services anymore, they took our trash out and left it on our front lawn. Highly do not recommend this company. It is way more stress than it is worth. read more
