Would not recommend this business to anybody. Trash container is smaller than most others in town, they don't pick up anything that is not in the container. You pay their bills regularly and on time. Then your payment is few days late and they immediately slap you with monetary penalty. You call them trying to appeal to their best judgment - they don't return your call. When you don't pay the penalty they put more monetary penalty on you. Seems like they don't appreciate their clients. Hope you don't become one. read more

Owner has a bad attitude towards customers. In a recent disagreement regarding a missed pickup, his response was to pick up the garbage tote and drive off with it, like a small child having a temper tantrum. He canceled my service because his feelings were hurt when I disputed his lame excuse for not picking up my trash. He demands that you have it out by a certain time, but often himself skips your house and arrives on different days than your designated pickup day. Unpredictable and unreliable. If possible, avoid this service and find someone reasonable that knows how to treat customers. read more

They're inexpensive and most of the time you don't really deal with anyone because it's just once a week, pick up the trash and so long as that happens no issue..... But trying to get ahold of them for any customer service is always a nightmare. Be prepared to leave several messages and not get called back. When I moved, they didn't pick up the cans with the last pick-up as planned. Not huge issues but a pain in the ass to have to worry about it when you have a million other things on yor plate. read more

This trash service used to be really good when it was Arrow Trash. But it has gone through a couple different owners and has steadily gotten worse. I keep getting missed, any trash outside the can was not being taken, and the woman in the office is extremely rude. This is a family owned and operated business. We have been treated in such a kind manner and are happy customers. They offer trash and recycling pick up. They offer several discounts, including a military discount and well as online payments. Very convenient. The lovely lady that normally answers the phone is so nice and answers any question we have with kindness. Even when we were new to the area and seemingly calling every other day, she was professional and friendly. Highly recommend this family owned business! read more
