Even though we followed step by step with what the video showed, the process did not work. We tried with one fence post and it was very rickety. Called customer service to see if we could return the remaining unused posts and found out that they are non-refundable. Buyer beware, it does say on the website that there are no refunds. My bad for not reading carefully. $800 down the toilet.
