After hiring Arian to do an initial tuning and assessment, I went ahead with his very reasonably priced action reconditioning and had him restore the working function of the piano to its original quality, with a warm rounded tonal palette that suits both the soundboard and the room. I'm extremely pleased with the results and his careful dedication to the job and the instrument.
