He refused to take accountability for the shipping damage so I am just left with an expensive bike with paint chips and washers missing. On the first ride the chain snapped and it took 3 weeks before Roger Tanner responded to my constant emails. This company is run HORRIBLY and should be shut down due to negligence. The bikes are cheap and not put together properly. He says that he custom fits the bike to you based off of measurements, but the bike he sent me was sized for someone that is 5'8" when i am 5'6" if i reached any further for the handlebars id be laying down. This company is an expensive SCAM!
