Several members of my family and I myself have used Physiotherapy Assoc in Dacula a couple of times. I can't say enough about the therapists there, they are absolutely wonderful, caring and get results. However, be forewarned that the way the coordination of insurance payments, your personal payments they take at time of service and final billing (which is done at the corporate office) is HORRENDOUS. This is where the customer service and caring demeanor ends. Every single time I end up receiving a call from the Dacula office saying I owe more money and I need to pay so that "it won't affect my credit" when in fact they owe me money. They will not work with the corporate office directly they tell you to contact them yourself. When you call the corporate office you will have to fight your case, prove to them that their records are wrong and they are quite rude about it. It has happened to me every single time. So keep very good records of what you pay, and what the insurance pays and what your insurance company says you owe for each visit and watch their billing, and brace yourself for the self righteous attitude of the blling people. read more
