They sent me a survey asking me for a review and I wrote exactly this above - 2 great experiences and bad with Brandy. The next day the office manager called me and said we can't see you as a patient any longer because you missed a week? I traveled for work and let Sterling know I was going to be out of town in advance. Complete retaliation for my survey. Never would recommend a place that treats patients like this. Still waiting on call back from manager 2 weeks later.
