I'm so fucking happy I remembered this place existed. I'm from Stoughton, I moved away, but I come…read moreto town to visit my family pretty often. I legit had a panic attack at the trouble it was finding anything at all on class pass, let alone good yoga, barre, and spin. Like literally I was malfunctioning and this happens everytime I come to town. The boutique fitness here is not even mid, I know it's the suburbs but it sucks and throws me off my fitness routine everytime I come home. Plus I eat all the shit I don't eat where I live here, fucking town spa and bullshit. I just can't. Googled yoga after not being able to book a 9:30 class somewhere like near Dedham idk. I really don't remember this area. Ummm. I totally forgot I used to come here the first years they were open and I was like early years of college. (20 yrs ago wtf) anyway this place really was the catalyst to my fitness journey. I was wicked lazy and silly, and just kind of fucked around bc I didn't and still don't know how to use weights, and was really a dancer, however; I loveee group fitness. This place only got better!! The instructors are fucking amazing, I sucks at names but the barre teacher wow! Slay queen,. I needed that. Barre in LA could use you. And Gail is a g!! Love her. I also had the pleasure of doing Zumba with the homies. If you know you know. Anyway 25$ for a week pass is silly stupid. And I will be back everytime this fucking town sucks me back for a visit.

His knowledge, energy, and dedication are beyond impressive -- he truly pushes me to be my best every session. Elite is a total class act -- from the amazing owners to the talented trainers and the physical therapy team. I just finished working with Bob in PT and he was fantastic. Pete, the owner, is awesome too -- I love attending his group training sessions. If you're looking for a place that really knows what they're doing and treats every client like family, Elite is it!

Lisa has been my occupational therapist for hand issues resulting from a stroke. During my…read morerecovery, I suffered a bad fall and she redirected my therapy to include the orthopaedic issues: fracture and dislocation of my elbow (same side as the stroke damage). Lisa has been marvelous at addressing all the functional issues I have: * As a technical writer, my professional life centers around my ability to get concepts down via keyboard * As a devotee of couture sewing, my relaxation centers on my ability to hand sew * As a sailing enthusiast, I need strength in both hands (and arms and back) to do my part on board * As a wife, mother and homeowner, I need dexterity and strength to perform everyday functions (driving, cooking, styling my hair, using power equipment) Lisa has helped me meet these needs with temporary workarounds while we address the long-term solutions. I have already achieved a greater range of motion than my orthopaedic surgeon expected for me. My keyboarding skills have returned to their pre-stroke level. We are currently working on regaining strength in my arm/hand and I have utmost confidence that Lisa will help me succeed in this area, too. I know Lisa usually works with children, but I find her to be a skillful and empathetic clinician for the adult patient as well. I recommend Lisa without qualification to any adult or child who is faced with functional issues arising from stroke, fracture, and other medical conditions. She is an ethical and caring therapist who is knowledgeable and creative in her approach to her patient's total wellbeing. N.L. She is very engaging, creative and fun, which makes my son love to go every week. She also has a good understanding of what is required of children at each grade level. My son's writing skills and confidence has definitely improved since going to Lisa.
