I did finally get a hold of them 6 business days later after I called for the 4th time, though no explanation or apology was given about what happened before. Being that this is a smaller office, expect to have to wait for things like Crowns, they don't have a way to make them in office like most places. I really cannot emphasize enough that the office staff here is awful. You will hear them nonstop gossiping about nsfw topics if you're waiting in the lobby. When they do talk to patients, they talk like robots. I felt so bad for the several walk-ins that came by during my last visit. The office person simply didn't know how to interact with them when she learned they weren't existing patients. I am assuming she was flustered so she reverted to asking them the same check in questions over and over again which confused things even further as they had said at least twice already that they were new and didn't have appointments.
