Worst costumer service experience we've ever had. Usually, LUSH employees are amazing at describing…read moreand helping their costumers. However, going inside the LUSH store in Corso Buenos Aires in Milan gave us the chills. The ladies there were very rude, they did not care at all, specially the lady with the blond/brown hair with glasses. We had to wait for her to stop talking to her friend about her plans that night. I mean come on, it does not take 1 minute for her to tell her friend to hold on because she has a costumer that needed help, or the fact that she is not supposed to be using company phone for her own personal agenda. Again worst service ever!!! Don't go there unless you want to be treated like crap.
