But that her assistant Kathy would be able to assist me. I stopped by later that afternoon and upon my entry I was not greeted or even acknowledged. I waited in the lobby chair while the assistant was on a personal phone call. Unfortunately, she was the only one there. When I asked her for a quote, she had zero knowledge of the Medicare plan options and open enrollment period cut off. As I continued to ask questions, she kept rolling her eyes at me as if it was my fault that she couldn't help me. Kathy was very rude and dismissive; aside from the ghetto language she used on her personal phone call, I was already feeling uncomfortable with her. I don't think I would ever go back and trust her with crucial information, like my social and banking info. Please be mindful and always accompany your elders to these types of appointments. It is important to always receive good customer service and assure that you are leaving your information with trusted partners.
