I called today to try to straighten this out, and it seems impossible. I gave up. Back to chaos. I feel like they create paperwork chaos so you don't really know what you're paying. This is probably the stupidest reason in the world to cancel an insurance policy, but I don't see any other way. I hate seeing their letters in the mail. Sometimes there's a stack of them. Why why why don't they want all the money in advance once a year ?? There must be some fee for the partial payments buried in the chaos.

This year we decided to change to another company before the renewal because they were raising the policy premium by a lot this year. So we canceled the upcoming renewal. Then they sent me a bill of $13 for mileage adjustment that was requested for the new policy. I paid but I told them what they were doing was not right. They did not care. They even told us there is nothing we can do about it after we told them that the mileage estimate they asked was for future policy as it stated on the notification. They wanted the $13. Unbelievable!! After 12 years being their customer. I paid them tens of thousands throughout the years. As soon as I decided not to renew, they tried to squeeze a few more dollars from us. We will be filing complaints with the Department of Insurance. For those of you reading this, you can just go online to file complaints if you experienced anything that is just not right with insurance companies.

Well- my Van gets damaged and needs to be in the shop for two weeks. "It's ok-" I tell my partner.. "Zach Davis assured me that we're covered" Wrong! Apparently, Zach hooked me up with an insurance that would only cover my loss of wages if I was to incur damage at my address! If you can't understand the irony in this: I'm a mobile dog groomer- my house could burn to the ground and it would not affect my work.. Here is how I was mistreated: 1. I was tricked into thinking that several different looking insurance companies were all different, but found out later that they all work together- effectively wasting my time. 2. I was mislead into getting insurance that can't come anywhere close to helping me in the real world situation that I am now in. 3. Once I pointed this out, I got a quick "sorry you feel that way" and no wanting to make things right, just a suggestion to go somewhere else. (Keep in mind I lost two weeks of pay that I was just expecting would keep me above water after being down for two months.) 3. They refused refund the money that I have been exchanging for a worthless insurance after I cancelled-their reason for this is that If another claim was made, they would have to respond to claim if something was to arise when the policy was in place... I can sign a paper stating that no other claim will be made-then can I have back my stolen money?!
