Hollywood Photo came up for passport photos so I put in an inquiry on the website. I received a response that yes they did passport photos and to call. I have to admit I was annoyed at having to call but seconds into my call on the phone with Tolga I had a smile on my face. He's just a super pleasant guy! It was easy to schedule an appointment, and the studio is easy to find, just off the 51. There's parking literally in front of the door too! Tolga is just as nice in person and you can tell he really loves his job! I asked him some questions about what he loves about photography and his face was so animated. I love seeing people love what they do! We took a new photo quickly and I gave my approval. Such a better photo than at the drugstore! Better lighting, better camera, and someone who actually knows what they are doing and cares makes a huge difference. Tolga let me know that the digital photo acceptance for passports has been tricky and to let him know if I had an issue. When I tried to submit the next day, I did have an issue and sent him an email. He replied right away with a new image file and that worked great. Not only did I get a photo I was much happier with, it was also a really pleasant experience. I would absolutely recommend Tolga for any photography needs!

My baby was more peaceful during the photos than he had been all week. They had all the tools there to help it go smoothly. It was magic. She showed us pics along the way so we got to see peeks and make adjustments. There was no rushing; we did the session until everyone was happy with what we captured. And as an exhausted new mom, I didn't have to lift a finger. Clothes and makeup and baby were all taken care of. Baby was so calm after the session ended that we had our first lunch out after photos! Ordering people around and was extremely pushy. When my daughter was getting dressed she kicked myself and her sister out of the room and said she'd let us know when the "reveal" would happen. Not wanting to make a fuss or stress my daughter out; we obliged. About 70 minutes later I went to my daughters room only to find out they'd left for the venue already. No pictures with my daughter on her wedding day. She didn't come around and take family pictures during the wedding either. Her and her assistant sat in a dark corner stuffing their faces full of food and booze. The only time I ever saw them do anything was when the videographer was taking video. As far as I'm concerned she ruined this day for me. A memory I will NEVER get back. 5 months later; my daughter was still waiting for her photos. Excuse after excuse. Lie after lie. If you're not going to abide by a contract then don't do business with people. I wouldn't hire her to photograph a crime scene!! BUYER BEWARE....

I spent $500 and still haven't posted or sent any to family because she made it clear I do not have the rights. To make it worse, she lied to me about what I was signing. At the end of the session my baby was screaming/crying and I had a 45 minute drive home so I was in a rush to clean her up and change her. Barbara told me I had to sign a print release, which is pretty normal, so I signed it. Well when she emailed me the photos a few weeks later she had a very stern message about the NDA I had signed and agreed to and I better not share non-logo pics or post anywhere on social media. I doubt that would even hold up legally since I was in duress when signing and she literally lied to my face about what it actually was. Anyways, don't waste your money here there are plenty of other great photographers in the area.

Mind you a $100 deposit was requested to do so. Life took a turn for both my husband and I . We were having to relocate, so again, I advised Barbara as soon as I found out the news (April 9 2018) & had to cancel my appointment because I wouldn't be in the state. To my surprise I was informed that the $100 wouldn't be reembersed due to my cancelation. So ladies please be 100% sure when scheduling with Barbara or you will be giving away $100 like I did.
