I went here to take my girls senior pictures.. they young ladies that help us was not rude at all. They was very polite. What got me was the price for the pictures and the amount of pictures they take and only allow you to choose 5 poses. I truly understand that they making they money. But understand that when you working in a community you should understand that it's a lot of single parents in the area. I have 2 graduates this year and I'm a single mother of 10. I went here trying to avoid paying a expensive amount of money on graduation pictures . The young ladies could only say that this is the prices and it's not really much they can do. Right!! It was no argument at all they kept it very professional. But to have to pay for 2 girls pictures costing at 175 plus taxes.. I hate to see my children want something and I can't get it especially something that's memorable. Now the young lady that helped me gave me the opportunity to pay half and half latter. I don't have $600 plus dollars just sitting around. I'm thankful that they graduating from high school going on to college this is why I wanted to allow them to have the pictures. But please bring your prices down, or even make away so that they can purchase extra pictures with different poses that's not to pricey. We went to take pics on Monday and they said it would be ready Thursday at 7:30pm. I told them I wanted to see revisions of photoshopped pics before it goes into printing, so they said to come Thursday morning. I came and revised some more to photoshopped. Even though initially they told me it's ready Thursday night, they told me to come Friday night. I said take your time. I decided to come Saturday afternoon. This gives them an extra 1 1/2 days. Called to confirm it's ready and when I arrived, they are still not done printing. I end up waiting 40 min. Why tell me it's ready when it's not? I set up an appointment to get my daughters senior pictures taken on Jan 19,2019 and the experience I had was awesome. My photographer was Anna and she was super friendly and oh so cheerful! She made not just my time there joyful but also my daughter. We had laughs! She helped fix her hair in EVERY shot she took. We did team worth as far as getting her pictures perfect. Service is horrible! Not sure if it can get worse. Came in to take Canadian Passport Pictures (they're somehow listed on the website as an authorized place in the US). The only two people working that night were two teenage girls. The first one goes to the back, comes back out and says they don't do Canadian passport pictures. (Btw, my mom just took her Canadian passport photos here two nights before). I had to show the girl where the company was listed as an authorized place. -_- She said she can do it but it would be a custom photo (whatever that means). I quickly go to the back, take the pic, and they tell me to come back in 25 mins. I browsed the mall for an hour. Came back. Pictures still weren't ready. After waiting ten minutes, she came out and showed me the pictures .. done incorrectly. Mind you, there are only a few places in Cali where you can take authorized Canadian passport pics, this is one of them, yet they don't truly know how to do it properly! I'm now still sitting here, now about an hour and twenty mins later, writing this post. Hopefully they come out from the back with correct pictures. We may never know ...... read more

I came to this studio on Saturday to take my graduation photos. This place is great and economic. The customer service here is great. The girls working there on Saturday were so kind and patient. Sadly the QUALITY of their pix has gone down. We were a family coming here each year for the past five years to get fam pix and grad pix. This year we noticed our fam pix was super poor quality compared to our other family pix we took here. The print is so cheap. The girl said their old printer "broke" and that this is the new quality for their pix from now on... i dont know why they would'nt invest in a better printer since they seem to have a good clientele. Photos were good, but definitely won't go back. I needed the basic passport sized photos. I had barely said those words, when I was told by the lady at the front to go into the back room to see the photographer. No mention of pricing, explanation of what I would be receiving (i.e. how many photos), nothing. You're immediately carted into the back room, and the photographer has very little patience for you getting into the proper pose. He just barked out orders- clearly his time is more valuable than my business. I had a similar experience when I picked up the photographs. The young lady provided no acknowledgement of my business, no Thank You and Come Again, nothing of that sort. As a side-note, the business is family-owned... and everyone in the family (whether the mom, dad, or adult children) has some sort of attitude issue going on. My experience here was a AMAZING . I walked in and was greeted right away. I asked if I can have my daughter pictures taken today without an appointment and the lady said yes. I wanted her in two different outfits one for her first birthday and the other in her baptism dress. The lady said absolutely. The photographer was so patient with my daughter. I took my 19 month old daughter there she was extremely hyper she ran out of the studio twice. The photographer was so patient and friendly. Had allot out great ideas and poses worked extremely well with us. The photos were beautiful and they were great quality.price is a bit expensive but the service was worth it. We been to this place twice so far. The first time we went we took pictures of my 3month old daughter. The poses were ok, the photographer wasn't open to my ideas in posing. We finally chose our pictures after a while and we were getting faces from the employees because we took our time in choosing. When we went to pick up the pictures they were all messed up. Wrong pose, shitty Photoshop and missing some pictures. Their prices are mediocre so after all that drama we decided to go one more time. This time it was a family pictures that were take. We all wear matching outfits my self my wife and three daughters. The poses were better this time because it was a different photographer. We went to pick up the pictures about 3 days later, when we arrived it was super packed. Seeing all the people there made us think this was a popular place. To our surprise they were all there complaining. When we got our picture the order was messed up and the Photoshop coloring was super off. We went wearing green and my kids look like they were wearing turquoise. So they told us to go back and they would fix the problem and have a surprise for us. We went today to pick up the pictures and everything seemed fine. Our so called surprise was a extra 8x10 that was accidentally printed when we got home we noticed so poses were missing we were suppose to get 6 of each pose. Some were 5 and some were 4. After all this drama my wife and I decided to 86 this place. We rather go somewhere else were we know our order would be right. Im rating this place a 2 out of 10. beyond thru and done with this dam place!!! liers... liers..... i was told to come on december 3rd to pick up a personalized $90 photo frame and some re printed pictures... spent over $250 here, money's not the issue.. well i was out of town on the 4th, so i came on december december 6th, to be told none of my order was done, along with some excuses about it being a busy time of the year, yada yada, you didn't say that when you gladly took my money, so then i was told come back the next wednesday which was december 9th. well i get a call from a young girl saying your frame is still not ready, you can come tomorrow about 1pm and everything will be ready , so.. i come in today at about 3pm to be told what:::: oh the man has been sick he said come back in a hour! i think freaking not i want a dam refund. i don't live in carson.. this is beyond unprofessional. .. i'm waisting gas coming back and forth here!!!! nope never ever again.... read more
