They also have regular treats for those who are loyal customers as well as giving rewards often ranging form free minuites texts and money back. As for the shop it self in Stevenage, the people are always really friendly and don't bother you if you are just browsing unlike other network providers. If you decide to cash in and sell your items to them, remember that if you ask for you money in cash you will get less than if you have it as a CEX store voucher so best bet is to swap for store credit and replace the stuff you didn't want for stuff you'd love. There is not a huge amount of choice in terms of electronics and accessories nowadays, and what they do have is really overpriced. As for the games, to be honest, I can get them cheaper brand new in most cases, so I have given up even looking. I know they are a business and they need to make a profit, but selling second hand games for more than they cost brand new makes no sense to me. Perhaps things will look up in time, but for the moment at least, there are far better places I would recommend.

The idea of "all you can eat data" was what initially lured me in after having just dished loads on a 2 year contract with limited data. So having wandered around for a bit, quite frankly a little confused by everything on offer, one of the sales associates called Sam approached me and offered to give me a helping hand. He talked me through all the latest phones and plans and was very patient while I was trying to make my decision, giving me pros and cons of each different device. He seemed genuinely interested in helping me find the right phone as opposed to just selling me one as fast as possible. I means he was so helpful he even unscrewed a phone from one of the stands (the phones are screwed onto little stands so you can't physically pick up any that are on display) so I could get a better feel of the phone. After I chose my phone he set it up for me and then transferred my number from my previous network. Now I'm sat at home with my shiny new phone and a contract that suits me. Happy!

When…read morethey changed the screen i noticed a few problems with how the screen was clicking on things on its own and how it wouldnt let me go on my phone when charging that day and I informed them of that and was told to come Saturday. Monday came and my phone started getting lines down the screen to which i phoned them up and they told me to come Saturday. However on Wednesday my phone wasnt useable as thr screen went completely black and the screen completely gave up and cracked at the top and they still told me to come down Saturday so they can fix it. I came today and they completely refused to fix or refund me. They became argumentative infront of my children also to which i started too aswell due to the massive amounts if disrespect they show and the workers also put another customer in a horrible position by trying to get them involved which was completely out of order. I have had to go to my bank to get the money back from this scam of a company and will be putting a video up on all social media of how i was spoken too by them infront of my kids and the state my phone is in.
