Well apart from the monthly bill. This store is open as follows: Monday 09:00 - 17:30 Tuesday: 09:00 - 17:30 Wednesday: 09:00 - 17:30 Thursday: 09:00 - 17:30 Friday: 09:00 - 17:30 Saturday: 09:00 - 17:30 Sunday: 11:00 - 17:00 I had to return a faulty phone last year after nearly a month as it had started to turn itself off but they were really helpful; didn't get bombarded with questions and they just gave me a new one straight away to replace it, no cheap phone whilst they tried to fix it. It is a small store though so doesn't always stock all the latest phones but they can order them for you, and it can also get very busy on weekends so have to queue for a long time or go back later, sometimes you cannot get in the door!
