Although the decor should appear calm and soothing and gentle being the archetypal 'blue' colourway that is consistently attributed to this company it often feels a little dark and dismal inside which in my opinion doesn't really want to make me hang around. I find the 'island' displays of cabinets a little infuriating to navigate around and the staff a little standoffish at times, though maybe i've just caught them on off-day's which everybody has. I find their range not as extensive as some of it's competitors and their PAYG handsets to be a little on the expensive side.

They are quite pushy, even if you just want to browse the phones and plans they have on offer. Yet if you go in specifically to see an advisor you have to wait as they are either having a conversation with each other, or they make themselves look busy even though the shop is empty. I wouldn't recommend going here even if you intend to go with the 3 network. Carphone warehouse is much better, or even their online store.

The store sells a wide range of phones and has price plans to suit every budget. They were certainly the cheapest when I was looking. The only slight problem is that the 3 network reception is not as strong as some of the others and so my phone can sometimes lose reception when other peoples don't. Other than this though I got a great bargain and a really nice new Nokia phone. The store also stocks accessories for phones and they sometimes do offers where if you introduce a friend you get money off your bill. This is worth asking about.

However, please read the small print on the price tags as most of the PAYG phones require a compulsory minimum top-up at point of purchase of the handset so it may not be as cheap as you first think. Often when in a phone shop you get pounced on by staff however in this particular store my main issue is the sheer lack of staff available to help or serve you resulting in queues and in potential customers like me, walking out.

I came in origonally just looking for a phone for my son and then i got chatting with a member of staff and he told me about mobile internet and how i could get a free laptop if i signed up for a 3 contracct! I thought this was brilliant! The man went through everything with me. He explained how everything worked and now i have one less Christmas present to worry about! This shop is full of all the latest mobile handsets and there is a phone here for everybody's price range. I'm so glad got my internet contract form here because i know that if i have any problems they will help me sort them out wothout complaining!

There's space enough to navigate around easily and like many of it's rivals it is set out intuitively. They offer competitively priced handsets and a variety of contracts to suit every possible need. Apparently T-Mobile is also a good place to go should your credit rating be less then desirable and you require a contract phone. The staff are helpful and non-pushy and very polite.

The choice of phones is comparable to the choice the competition has - not very many. I am a bit disappointed, that there aren't many smart phones in store. The staff is OK, but one of the ladies (I will not metion her name) has no idea what she is talking about, and gave me misleading information. That was a serious turn off for me.

From the outside it always looks bright, clean and light which immediately invites you to take a closer look. the windows display various promotions and adverts yet do not detract from the light and does not appear cluttered. Also, watch out for the chalkboard as you walk in as that often has the very latest special offers upon it. Once inside, it's nicely set out appearing bright and airy and uncluttered and is fairly easy to navigate with a pram or wheelchair if needs be. The displays are intuitive to your needs (i.e PAYG, pay monthly etc in their own zones as well as accessories) The staff are enthusiastic yet not over zealous. If you're in the market for a new mobile phone, It's worth a look in this store.
