The facial was a little dearer than I expected and I was flaking and peeling which I did not expect. Susie did check in with me to see how I was going and gave me samples. I think I just wanted to see some drastic results but instead just felt dehydrated and flakey. Also - the directions on yelp send you to the wrong address. Make sure you google maps the address.

She is so patient and not at all pushy about treatments or products. My skin is in better shape than it was 10 years ago and I really appreciate her help and guidance.

So, at 23, I started getting Botox treatments (or another botulism based injectable) in my forehead to treat the static lines I was already seeing. Not long after that, I started going to Dr. Lyos (at his location in the Woodlands) for these treatments. As the years passed, and my areas of concern changed, I'd ask Dr. Lyos for his opinion on addressing these new areas. If you haven't met him yet, you need to understand a little about Dr. Lyos. He's professional, reserved, and he won't recommend or support any treatment that won't give you the results you're hoping for. (And, more importantly, he'll politely inform you if your expectations are in need of a reset.) Moreover, he's not a plastic surgeon who's keen on completely overhauling the way you look--so, if you're going in hoping to **subtly** enhance your lips, or get rid of your wrinkles, you won't have to worry about coming out looking like Kylie Jenner, or like someone's pulling your whole scalp back. I returned three items of clothing the same day I purchased them after trying them on at home,…read more(they had no dressing room), but after leaving the store and a second look at the refund amount I realized it was short a few dollars. I returned and brought it up to the girl at the front desk who sold the items. After staring at her computer for a good 15 minutes, she told me "I didn't return your tax because tax is not refunded on returned merchandise." When I asked her if she honestly thought customers still pay taxes on items they have returned, she looked frazzled and spent another 10-15 minutes on her computer trying to come up with an answer. When she realized I wasn't going to just walk away and let her keep the tax amount, she said "Ok, I'll refund your tax" as if she's doing me a huge favor and making an exception. But even then she gave no receipt for the returns. When I asked for a receipt, she told me: "We don't give receipts on returned items. They're given only for sold items." I asked if she had a pen and paper. She said yes, and just stared at me. So I said, Can you write on a piece of paper that I returned these items and am due a refund? By this time, visibly fed up with her customer asking for something I should have received without asking, she writes on a Post-It note pad "Items returned 8/22." After my experience, I was surprised to see the additional tax actually refunded on my credit card. I was honestly expecting a few more back & forth discussions that led nowhere. What should have been a simple return became an unnecessarily aggravating experience with someone who clearly needs training and basic common sense, like merchant can't keep the tax charged on returned items, or that a customer needs to be provided proof of return. Just goes to show your employees can cost you much more than you realize. They lost my business for good. I'm new in the area and was looking for a new hairdresser but given my experience, there is zero chance I'll ever step foot in this place again.

There is a drying station available to get your hair blow dried but my mom and i opted to not get hair blown there ( have 4c hair) and would prefer to do on my own with my own products.
