We connected immediately after I reached out and she was clear on the steps she has for ensuring our success. This includes filling out a brief questionnaire of our career goals/expectations for her and a phone call to go over it. During our call she also was clear on all of my questions. I like how she is upfront about the entire process and keeps you looped in while she works. As part of my package she also re-wrote my cover letter (another help, since I am not a writer whatsoever!). We made a few drafts after the initial, and it came back quickly! I would say having her on my professional side has been a positive experience so far!

I spent over 400 to receive what I was told would be a "highly detailed and powerful resume" and LinkedIn "facelift." The first draft I received was unbelievably disappointing. The words used to describe my job description aren't words used in my field. The job skills included are skills for an entry level position and excluded skills that showed me being at an advanced level, after 15 years of being in my career. They couldn't even spell check the draft and they had repeated sentences under the same job. It looked as if someone had quickly thrown sentences together without reading or spell checking it with NO knowledge of my job. I notified Lindsey, the first person I spoke to in creating the first draft, with absolutely no response. It was an assistant who would only communicate with me and that got me nowhere. I took the mess they sent me and rewrote the resume in its entirety. Almost every sentence had to be rewritten. They NEVER started or completed my LinkedIn. I'm super disappointed. I didn't have the time or the energy to write my resume and in the end I paid 400 to do it myself and I have all the documentation showing this. I emailed William, the account manager and expressed all of this to him and it went nowhere. I'll be filling a complaint with the better business bureau along with all of the proof.

He said after we sat down at my office in North Phoenix and looked at everything. He gave me a completion date of 2 weeks which I was very surprised. I expected it to take 1 month. I gave him $500 deposit which he must have cashed on his way home. I also gave him all of my notes that we went over to build the website. I did not hear from him but 1 time through the 2 week period. The day before the promised date he sent me a link. Was I surprised. Hardly anything was done. He admitted he didn't know how to do a shopping cart and my CRM is still not working. This is a module that is very easy to install but Justin pointed it to his website not mine so when my customers go to pay or look at their account they see Justin's website Green Forest Marketing. If you dont believe me go to this ugly, poor performing website that Justin created for me pageplusus.com. Look at the shopping cart. I had to figure out a way Justin could configure a website. I drew it out and it was something he was capable of doing. I am NOT HAPPY with it because I was told I was getting something else. I have been trying to get Justin of Green Forest Marketing to fix this crappy website he built but he refuses to. He refuses to because he lacks the knowledge to finish it. I am forced to take Justin Owner of Green Forest Marketing to Civil Court for damages exceeding $10,000.00. All it would take is for him to deliver on a promise to get my site done and working but HE REFUSES TO STAND BEHIND HIS WORK. He has my money so he thinks he is done. Look at the lousy job he did on my site and if you hover your mouse over "my account" you can look at the bottom right hand corner of the monitor and it will show you the page on my website goes to Green Forest Marketing's website. WHY WOULD YOU SPEND MONEY ON THIS GUY WHEN HE DOESN'T HAVE A CLUE ON HOW TO BUILD WEBSITES!
