My Daughter tore her ACL, MCL, and meniscus playing soccer and had surgery in February of 2016…read more She rehabbed with Dan Johnson and he not only got her back on the soccer field by August of 2016 (6 months later). She was stronger than she was before the injury, Dan not only rehabbed her knee, he made her stronger from head to toe. His medical and rehabilitation knowledge as well as his strength and conditioning knowledge is 2nd to none. She has since visited Dan for some strength and conditioning and general wear and tear on her body from being an athlete. She not only feels 100% better after working with Dan but her performances on the field is definitely elevated. One of a kind place with trainers that have a therapy background who encourage you in group and personal fitness so you have that reassurance that you are executing movements properly to avoid injury and can push you to that next level without necessarily overdoing it. I've found I am able to get better results with fewer sets here because I am performing the exercises properly without injuring myself.
