As well as attentive and makes sure you're finding what you're looking for. I've come in needing a variety of things like new keyboards, mouse, headphones, Mic, and had questions about components for a new PC build. I feel confident knowing that when I visit this location I'll be taken good care of. I've always recommended Micro Center to friends and family, and will continue to do so in the future.

The place is pretty cool with so many options and niche specific things. I came in specifically for…read morecomputer related needs so this is more focused on that. As soon as you walk in they have computer cases on display. If you go deeper in, you'll see keyboards and get the feel of them. Obviously a perk of brick and mortar stores is being able to see and experience it first hand before purchasing. After some time I realized I have expensive taste. So after selecting my item I'm taken to the front to get checked out. It's a separate line from the regular checkout line. The cashier calls someone from the regular line (no big deal) except now what would've been a quick check out process became a long wait. After some time, the manager came over and checked us out. Thank goodness for this man. Service really depends on who you run into and this is speaking across the store not just the checkout situation

The young man named Alexa should be the manager seeing as he helped me more than the rude manager, let's just say I am very disappointed in Verizon and this store!

The mgr finally asked what brought me in today. I explained the situation and he stated he would need a copy of the POA in order to add me as an authorized agent or user. I had the POA but had to wait for assistance. There were 5 customers ahead of me. So I figured they had all been helped and just waiting for their phone. 30 min turned into 90 min before someone finally assisted me. Other customers were getting aggravated that no one had come back to check on them. Most were requesting upgrades, accessories, and status of orders . From what I observed, there were 5 staff members working the floor. One was new so she had no idea what she was doing. She was signing everyone in and informed them the wait was approximately 90 min to 2hrs. Some left others added their name for call back. I understand every customer deserves your undivided attention but when you have a floor full of customers and there are only 5 staff members you must have a plan to assist your customers. No customer should be waiting 60 to 90 min before they're taken care of. After the first 6 customers were taken care of the mgr disappeared. Not sure if he was on break or lunch but he could have told us and that someone else will assist us. I asked where was the mgr bc he initially told me he would assist me. The new staff member just said oh he's in the back . So I asked another member to assist me. He pulled up my dad's account and added me to the account. Confirmed the delivery of his phone. I was told this location is the only corporate location in the area. Hopefully I will not have to visit this location again. They were all nice but customer service was poor. They need more ppl working the floor and maybe 1 or 2 to check you in. Again you should not have to wait 60 to 90 min. Please disregard the previous review as it's for the CENTERVILLE LOCATION.

Note to self: never go out to shop the day after Christmas again! Everyone was flooding the store trying to make returns/exchanges and probably just looking for last minute post-holiday deals as well as using gift cards they had received. I decided to go to this location for the first time, as I was already in the area. I usually go to the Peachtree Corners location and prefer that one, as it is usually dead even post-pandemic. In any case, everything seemed well-stocked. I found the wet and dry cat food I needed without any issue. When I made it to the self-checkout area I was redirected to the end of a huge line that was wrapping around to the end of the store. So if you wanted a cashier or to self-checkout it was all just one big line. I was almost ready to give up when I saw how many people were waiting, however, I am glad I didn't because the line actually moved a lot quicker than you would think. I spent about 15 minutes total from wait to checkout time to be out of the store. That's faster than waiting in the self-checkout line at Walmart Jimmy Carter or Walmart Duluth, I know that much. Those can take a good half hour sometimes. So I can't really complain I guess lol. It was an okay location, but I'm guessing because of the complex they are in and being right off a major intersection they are still usually this busy no matter what. I would come back if I had to, it's just a little out of my way and busier than I like, but overall not bad.

Target needs to do better and they can't blame it on being "short staffed" cuz I saw several employees standing around talking.
