Rebecca was incredibly friendly and got us scheduled the very same day within a couple hours upon calling, which we really appreciated. The delivery driver, Jerry, was also fantastic--professional, friendly, and very thorough during pickup. He took great care loading the dumpster back onto his truck and even went the extra mile by sweeping up the debris that had collected underneath using a broom and dustpan. Excellent customer service from start to finish. Great pricing for delivery, pickup, and dumping! We highly recommend Bin There Dump That and will definitely use them again in the future!

Their dumpster rental service is honestly the best I've used in the Valley. The driver was on time, super careful with placement, and the dumpster was clean and ready to go. The portable toilet came spotless and got cleaned weekly, and the temporary fence they installed was sturdy and looked professional perfect for our construction site. Waste Solutions is outsourcing additional dumpsters from other rolloff companies like Waste…read moreManagement. When something goes wrong they will string you along on the pick up of the dumpster. Waste Solutions has no customer service phone number. Can't find a physical address for them. An additional dumpster was mistakenly delivered to my home and it took a call to Waste Management (dumpster owner) and 5 days to get it removed. I would definitely NOT recommend Waste Solution. Deal directly with the owner of the rolloff. Not a middleman who in my case tried to say "technically, he's not responsible" because he doesn't own the rolloff.
