Our daughter Danni started attending Phoenix Daycare in the summer of 2024 when she was about 18 months old. We were originally recommended this daycare by a close friend. At the time, we already had a very good nanny at home, so we weren't actively looking for a daycare setting with other children. But our friend kept strongly recommending it over time and showed us many photos of the children's daily activities, including their meals.
We were especially impressed by how well-balanced and nutritious the meals looked, with a great mix of meat and vegetables. Around that time, we also felt it would be beneficial for our daughter to start having more social interaction, so we decided to visit for a tour.
During the visit, although the space itself was not very large, we could immediately see how thoughtfully it had been arranged for young children. The director, Miko, had created such a warm and engaging environment. When our daughter walked in and saw all the toys, she was instantly excited and completely comfortable--there was no difficult transition at all.
What followed were two truly wonderful years. Throughout her time there, there was not a single day when she didn't want to go to daycare. At home, she would often talk about her friends and the teachers, especially Miko and another caregiver, Linda, whom she absolutely adored. Both of them treated her with so much care and love, as if she were their own child.
We are now very sad to be leaving, but only because she is growing up and needs a larger school environment. In fact, we originally planned to stay until kindergarten, but due to our move forward in her education path, we had to transition earlier.
I truly cannot recommend Phoenix Daycare enough. Over the past two years, we have had complete peace of mind--never once feeling unsure or dissatisfied. Our whole family, including her grandparents who loved seeing photos from daycare, has been extremely happy with this place.
It has been a very special experience for our daughter, and we are deeply grateful. read more
