To be honest I've never heard of it and I couldn't taste the difference (sorry) but if you know about MSG and you don't like it them the China inn is the place for you!? You may pay a little more for some dishes than in other takeaways in town, but it's worth the slight price increase.The sot shelled crab starter is a staple favourite when I eat here and they will also serve whole lobster or crab with 24 hours notice. Aside from that, expect a good range of dishes you would expect on the menu and it is nice to see that they will not add any msg, excessive salt or fat to their cooking.
