We took it from where it was waiting opposite the railway station in Neath and the driver couldn't have been nicer. He was friendly, chatty and helpful and the car was comfortable, large and clean. He charged a bit less than we've paid before too. I've kept his card and we'll use this firm again the next time we need a taxi.
