I am utterly disgusted at how a simple, reasonable and very do-able request to replace a nurse was allowed (and on some level) instigated into multiple property bans AND a young lady losing her job. The worst part about it is while the apparent administrator wanted accountability for the family members, there was ZERO for her or her staff. WHYYYYY ruin lives and have family members stressed and at dis-ease when you could've simply replaced the nurse.....and you unprofessional people thought it funny?? The administrator spoke sooo ruthlessly about a patient saying he was no longer there, his eyes are staring at the wall, "he cant even talk"......I would NEVER want another family to endure such harsh treatment or a patient to be so thoroughly disregarded. This is abhorrent treatment. Tgis place should be investigated and sued IMMEDIATELY!!!

I want to thank them for making me feel so supported and cared for: Kameron (receptionist) Kayleigh (triager) Blakelee (medical assistant) Lindy (nurse practitioner) I always feel like I am among friends. Thanks for being so amazing in your professionalism and the way you truly listen to your patients.

I've met other people who have been coming here for more than 20 years. Even the patients aren't your regular garden variety, either. Strangely enough, on a regular basis, someone will start a conversation, and half the waiting room will join in and sort out a problem someone is having, or just giving support to someone who is struggling. I've never seen this happen before anywhere else at any time. Once, I even conducted a casual survey...wanting to know what pain medications were working for other people. I was quite cautious, and said don't speak up unless you want to, and everyone on my side joined in and shared their diagnoses and top 3 meds. I was actually humbled. I try really hard to pay it forward. This doctor is outstanding in his field and among his peers. He has such an amazing affect on his patients that we uplift and support each other and leave as friends. I guess this is the point where I should ALSO mention that he's a pain management specialist, and he manages my pain, AND manages my sleep deprivation. I literally kept asking people to hit me with a shovel, because I was so tired! You don't understand how insomnia affects you until you start getting sleep and your brain starts working again!!! If I call the office, my nurse Amy always calls me back the same day. Always. She's spectacular!!

A little background on my injury: In late August 2013 I was stacking pallets in the loading dock at my job. Little did I know that the pallet jack in which the pallets were located on was raised. A pallet that I tried to stack on top slid off and cause me to fall on the floor. A subsequent visit to the MRI I almost completely tore my left quadricep tendon off of my patella, suffered major contusions, and also sprung my ankle. I was required to have surgery in order to walk again. I had surgery the following month; it was successful. He installed a suture anchor into my leg which slowly helps the tendon reconnect to the kneecap. Was forced to wear a hinged leg brace and use crutches (later a cane) for about six months. After lots of physical therapy and doctor's appointments, I was slowly able to walk on my own again. My leg is no longer 100%, but at least I know that I am back to peak strength again and that I'm finally done with my routine checkups with Dr. Pilcher. I highly recommend Dr. Pilcher. He's been doing this for over 30 years and is very knowledgeable about the musculoskeletal system. He got me back to living a normal life again.

Dr. Jani has truly been a godsend concerning patient care. The compassion and unfeigned love that…read moreDr. Jani has regarding patient care is second to none, and his diligent work ethic is matchless. Dr. Jani's compassionate care and zeal that he has for his patients remind me of the verse of scripture in Ecclesiastes 9:10 "Whatsoever thy hand findeth to do, do it with thy might...." Dr. Jani must have come out of the womb with that verse of scripture in his hand because he has wholeheartedly devoted his brilliant medical expertise to the ministry of his patients. I am one of Dr. Jani's sickle cell patients, and I have been under his gifted, genius, and professional care since 2003 when Dr. Edward Oleen introduced me to him during one of my appointments at the Phoebe Putney Cancer Center Hematology/Oncology. At the time, Dr. Oleen, who also is an exceptional Physician, was treating me for my sickle cell disease. Even though Dr. Oleen was doing a great job managing my sickle cell disease, he gave me the option to change course and redirect my patient care into the skillful hands of Dr. Jani. When I look back over those past 19 years and think about the patient care that I have received from Dr. Jani, I can honestly say that it has been of the highest quality--top-notch and fantastic! I can recall one particular instance that occurred back in 2012 when Dr. Jani gracefully managed a sickle cell crisis that I was dealing with. In 2012, I was experiencing avascular necrosis of my right hip to the degree that I needed a total hip replacement. In 2012, The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) had initially said that they would provide me with the patient care that I needed. And so, I waited for the VA to communicate with me about the matter for approximately six months, and for six months all I ever heard from the VA were crickets. And so, annoyed and frustrated with the VA, and knowing exactly where I could get the outstanding quality patient care that I needed, I communicated the matter with Dr. Jani, and the rest was history. Dr. Jani set the wheels in motion for me to see an orthopedic surgeon outside of the VA. Dr. Jani had handled the matter so masterfully and professionally, that in October 2012, I was able to get a total right hip replacement. And so, after receiving exceptional patient quality care from Dr. Jani for so many years, I chose to let him be the primary manager of my sickle pain crisis versus the VA, and to this day, the patient care that Dr. Jani provides and accommodates me with is sensational! In my opinion, Dr. Jani is a humble, compassionate, and caring Physician who truly knows how to encourage and promote patient fealty. Dr. Jani's personality and unfeigned smile invites trust. Also, Dr, Jani respects and treats all of his patients as if they were one of his family members, which alone speaks volumes. And so, I would undoubtedly recommend Dr. Jani's outstanding and professional medical expertise to anybody that needed it. Ernest Sapp. 07/13/2022
