I trusted Robbie to count the cash I handed him but he miscounted it - first by $1,000. Then when I called and asked him to count again, he admitted there was a mistake made but he still wasn't being honest. I'm sure it's because I'm female and was alone (my husband was killed in a car accident 4 years ago or he would have been handling everything), so it was disappointing to know this business had such deceptive employees. I had only heard mostly positive things about this place but, unfortunately, my experience was anything but. By the way, I contributed to the problem by giving them the opportunity to steal from me. I arrived at the shop at 5:40 ( they close at 6) expecting to leave the bad wheel with them , and pick it up the next day, but they jumped on it and put the new tire on the wheel and onto my vehicle in no time.
