His alternator went out near midnight on Interstate 44 last night. He has never had to deal with car repairs being so far away from home, let alone freezing temperatures! I received the phone call last night and was quick to have a tow truck en route and embarked on a search for a reliable auto repair shop. I'll note that I located approximately 10 auto repair shops in the Pacific, MO vicinity and most had either no reviews or negative feedback online. Your shop stood out to me due to the highly favorable reviews that I found online. I am comforted to know that there are still good shops out there providing a valuable service to car owners. As the daughter a car restorer and niece of a retired head mechanic, I know good service when I experience it. Even though I wasn't in your shop, my son tells me your staff was fair, fast, and reasonable. Thank you for getting his alternator replaced in quick order and helping him to continue his journey to Chicago. I have asked him to write a review about your company so that others will know of your good reputation.

I had purchased a well used pickup and was returning home when the pickup went into the limp home…read moremode. The pickup did this three times in 20 miles and I still had 90 miles to go. It was too dangerous to continue my trip home. I didn't want to be the hood ornament for a semi. I pulled off at a convenience store and begin my search for repair shops. Rather it was luck or divine intervention "The Shop" was only about a quarter of a mile away. My suspicion was quickly confirmed the truck had a bad auto throttle body. Since I was out of the area I could of been easily held up for addition and unnecessary repairs. I wasn't. I was told what was wrong and what the cost would be. The repairs were performed and the pickup test driven to ensure I wouldn't become a semi's hood ornament. I would like to commend the shop for having ASE certified mechanics. Thanks for getting me out of a Jam. Stan

We bought a new 2020 Jeep last year; it only has 3,xxx miles on it now. When we picked it up there was a sizeable nick in the paint and the trunk door latch came off on the first pull. When I arrived to pick up the bike it was laying on it's right side in the gravel parking lot, where they had dumped it the night before. "Well, the sidestand must be ripped off" I say. Nope. "Flat tires, it won't stand up with two flat tires". Nope. I stood it up, leaned it on the sidestand, and saw the damaged exhaust, clutch cover, and bodywork - all from the bike being flopped on it's side in gravel. "We drug it. It's stuck in gear."
