PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS VENDOR- unfinished work and a scam! Technician came out and after 4 hours of…read morea 2 to 3 hour timeframe stated the job was still not complete at 11 o'clock at night. I did not want to pay for the service, but he told me that he could not leave until it was paid and that they would try to address everything else with the warranty. I let them know that the warranty doesn't kick in until the work is completed. They then gave me the runaround about the fact that there may have been some parts missing which we confirmed they were not (brand new box per their instructions and did not touch it until he came) The technician just did not know how to finish the project with the pulley system. I contacted the vendor directly myself, and they walked me through and what he said was missing was not even a part of the machine. I then went around for days with them, not committing to a time that worked for me to come back out and finish the job. I am now out of over $300 that they made me pay with no gym set
