Again no car there and we had to call multiple times to even get ahold of anyone. Once we finally got someone to answer the phone, they said it would be another 20-30 minutes before the driver would arrive. The whole point of a car service is so you don't need to wait. What a joke!

My driver did not have a cell phone, barely spoke English, wouldn't follow my directions and so coming back took 20 minutes longer than it should have. Because they were rushed because we were late. They didn't tie down my wheelchair properly and they bounced all the way. All of our pickups and drop offs could not have gone smoother. When we landed in Ft. Lauderdale the driver Carlos texted me to let me know he was there and communicated to text him once we had bags and which door number we were coming out of. He literally picked us up right outside the door within 2 minutes and all car seats were already installed and ready to go. We were on our way to the resort within minutes. We used Family Car & Limo for a day trip into Ft. Lauderdale and again everything went smoothly. It was also very easy to book all of our pickups prior to our trip on their online portal.
