My initial consult was for dark discoloration under my eyes. I've had under eye filler before but the problem now is really the skin coloring. He listened to my concerns, gave me options, and really took the time to explain everything. Eventually I decided that it wouldn't be worth it to try laser to the area. He was honest and realistic about the results, explaining that the treatment likely wouldn't make a huge difference in their appearance. How refreshing! He refunded my consult fee and I was so impressed with his professionalism that I decided to go back for filler to a different area. He put filler to my temples and cheeks. In the last few years, I didn't like how my face had been looking saggy and a bit unflattering. This gave me the LIFT I needed! My nasolabial folds are essentially gone and I look like I did three years ago. My confidence is soaring and the best thing--no one can even tell what I did. A coworker told me "you look refreshed today." Amazing I couldn't be happier. One last thing: I use these services mindfully... it's HARD being a woman with today's beauty standards. There is a balance between accepting your own imperfections and making small changes that enhance your natural beauty. Not to go on a whole tangent, but if that's also your viewpoint, Dr. Zelinger will help you achieve that. He says things like "natural is always better" and "I think you look great, but what matters is what you think." I love the way he communicates to encourage body positivity. Thank you again Dr. Z!!

The studio itself is so clean and aesthetic, which added to the great experience. I'm so happy with how my chin is turning out with every passing moment, and I'm impressed by how little bruising I have. I also really appreciated how quick and easy the payment process was, which was a nice relief alongside my initial concerns about pain management. I was also assured my photos would not be shared publicly. Please tell Anya, the girl with the blue headscarf said that she is amazing! I'm so happy I chose Body+Beauty, and I will definitely be back for more.

The technology is behind, the staff is not knowledgable, and the worst part is there is no way to get ahold of them. I called, texted, DM'd, and e-mailed twice and never got a response, then they charged me $100 (despite having 5 sessions prepaid) and canceled my account for missing a service. Then when I tried to reverse it on my credit card (because they don't respond to any form of communication) they of course respond to Amex immediately and LIED and said I used all 6 sessions so I couldn't get it refunded. Do yourself a favor and go to Satori instead; cleaner, better equipment, better results, all around more professional experience.

The front desk receptionist and medical assistant (I forgot her name) were cool, but the PA (Paris Davis) was not. She essentially called my hair "dirty" because I don't always wash it as often as she'd recommend, and told me to "Google it" when I asked for details about a type of shampoo she was recommending. It was super odd, especially coming from a Black woman; she should know the problematic nature of insinuating that another Black woman is "dirty" for not washing her hair weekly. There are much kinder ways to explain things when you're trying to be helpful rather than egocentric. Overall, Paris's tone was condescending and I felt like she was annoyed by my clarifying questions. I am not interested in seeing any provider who can't treat patients with empathy, kindness, and curiosity; I got none of that from her. The medical assistant was much kinder and provided me with some recommendations for the shampoo I was asking about. I wouldn't recommend this place if you're considering going to see Paris, and I certainly am not going back. What a disappointment.

Sherry, my husband's therapist, truly was gifted when it came to pointing out his underlying issues that were contributing to his stiff neck. From consultation to post-op care, he was attentive, precise, and never pushy. He understood I wasn't chasing "overdone." I just wanted a refreshed, natural look -- and that's exactly what I got. The brow lift was done at the hairline, not endoscopically -- which gave a smooth, lifted result without raising my hairline or creating a harsh "surprised" look. My upper eyelids are now clean and open, without that heavy fold I'd grown used to. And the revision rhinoplasty? Spot on. He corrected the flaws from a previous surgery without making my nose look pinched or generic -- just natural, centered, and elegant. Healing went smoothly -- no infections, no major bruising, no surprises. Just results. Dr. Heffelfinger has a conservative, artistic eye and a reassuring presence. I felt safe, seen, and cared for every step of the way. Jefferson Facial Plastics is top-tier -- clean, organized, and genuinely supportive. I would recommend him to anyone serious about facial work done right.

The doctor (sorry completely unmemorable, so forgot his name) seemed fairly distracted. I understand I mentioned I wanted wait until my new med. ins. kicked in for a full battery of blood work, but I assume that basic blood work is covered with the annual check up that is part of my plan. It wasn't until I was walking home that I realized I had had no blood work done. I called back to inquire why and the receptionist check with the doctor who said he wanted to wait until I had my new insurance. Not that I hold alot of sway to offices, but this one was kind of like a rental car waiting room, in the basement. And while I was waiting some guy was listening to language tapes loudly w/o earphones. In my opinion the receptionist should have told him to take it outside. After about 20 min. of that I had to ask him to put earphones in or take it outside. Kind of a waste of 2 hrs. of my time all around. Certainly a useless apt.
