After disputing his overcharge and him getting irate with us, he told us he would not do any warranty work with us or anyone else in our area. Well we started having issues with our pressure. The hot water tank was gushing out water through the overflow every time we tried to use it. After replacing hot water tank and shower manifolds and having still the same issue we called another pump service. They found he had installed a glycol bladder of some sort which had failed. $600 later our system works fine. Our friend's system also failed shortly after ours with the same issue. I would not recommend this guy to anyone ever!

We have had intermittent problems with a slow drain under the slab in our basement that we know has…read morea hole in it. I messaged Drain Pro to get them to map the pipe so the plumbers could replace it. They responded to my inquiry quickly and showed up exactly when they said they would. They checked the pipe, found that it was mostly just clogged, and showed us that the hole is very small and likely does not need replacement at this point. Then he gave us advice on how to keep it clear without them having to do it regularly, but also that he's happy to keep checking it for us going forward. Additionally, we had a power outage literally right as he was about to put the snake down the pipe, but they came back a couple hours later (well after 6pm) when the power was back and did the job. Then they didn't charge me an arm and a leg! The guys were very polite, went out of their way to be neat (going around the house instead of through it), and cleaned up after themselves. Couldn't be happier. I hope I don't need their services anymore, but I'll happily use them again if I do.

We waited for approx 2 weeks with no word so my wife called twice over the next approximately two weeks and spoke to their employee who assured us the messages would be passed on. Another week or so after the second call and without a reply, we went with Mike's Pluming. Four days after the job was completed I received a call from Paul. Not good business practice.
