Doug has taken my money for an eviction and never gave me my case number. He doesnt return calls or texts. There is no one at this office to answer any questions and I believe he is doing this all on his own so be aware there is no time for you except for the initial conversation and to take your money. I have been trying to contact him for over a month and radio silence. If you simply cant handle the workload then hire more people or dont take on so much work because now you this looks like fraud!
