The level of professionalism, compassion, promptness, as well as just an overall warm friendly experience is the reason that I would recommend the Killian Law Group. Mr. Binder not only called to personally check on me regularly, he kept me posted as to every step of the process. Even Jennifer, our paralegal, was amazing! She was extra patient with the process of our constant rescheduling due to COVID related issues, and was even understanding of my need to text message due to work, instead of answer her calls. Most importantly, my settlement was extremely generous. I was originally sent an offer in early May, and after speaking to Mr. Binder, he asked me to allow him to file suit, in order to receive the sum he believed I deserved. He said the process could take several months, but he was confident(without guaranteeing figures) he could get me at least 20-30% more. Unprofessional, never available, never returns phone calls, can never provide an accurate update on the case, not organized -request same paperwork multiple times. If I could leave half a star I would.. I got in a bus accident damn near 2 years ago my lawyer from Killian's law called me with a $1,200 lawsuit payout.. that ultimately became 2000.. I was going to be getting a check in 3 weeks only to be called up on my fourth week to be told I won't be getting it for at least another three weeks because I have to sign a release.. then when I went to ask him what happened why am I waiting almost 2 months for my check, I was told ( call me a liar?) and then hung up on.. they are absolutely liars, they have not cared about my case I could have done as much work on my case directly with the MTA and Got as much money SMH, they are very unprofessional, I went months without even getting a response, update or anything.. but once I was already so far in and realized that these people were not going to fight for me or even cared about me it was too late, do yourself a favor get another lawyer read more

had an accident late summer 2019,, since that time I have had 3 or 4 paralegals on my case and who all seem to retrace the steps of the 1st one. I have called several times and ask to speak to the attorney and as of this date I have never had one return call. I hired an attorney who seems to put no value in me as a client because I have never spoken with him. I'm told there has been offers on my case and recently told that the case had been settle and they are preparing to pay medical liens but I have never been informed of one offer. New paralegals call and just start talking and asking me questions as if I know who they are never explaining they have taken over my case. I have found the entire process extremely frustrating and at this point very upsetting. I have no idea what; if anything is happening on my case and very disappointed that a family member recommended them to me. I'm beginning to believe that the entire thing is some type of sham.
