I am very disappointed that these issues were blamed entirely on the system, with no acknowledgment or apology. She actually told me to take it as savings! I am talking about thousands of dollars that I overpaid the IRS. I knew something was wrong, and I asked her to triple-check them. She did, and she couldn't find the mistake until I called the IRS, and they told me I have 3 years to file an amendment and get my tax credit back. On top of that, we had to file twice for the 2025 taxes, and on the second time she didn't include the payment plan! After years of automatically handling my extensions, you changed the process right before a deadline, offered no real support, and told me to pay $240 or figure it out myself. Had I not followed up, I could have been penalized -- and now you're trying to turn it around and frame it as my fault by calling me "not engaged." After years of loyalty and referrals, this wasn't a transition -- it was a downgrade to a transactional model.
