He was here three times after the installation and still didn't fix the problem, leaving me in the same place I started but out over $800. He claims he didn't get my several calls and messages then has the nerve to say he didn't charge me for his repeat visits. What? He claims his price is competitive but he didn't even fix the issue, and wouldn't refund any of his labor costs to get someone who actually can fix it.
