He worked on it for a while. OMG the change. It turned out amazing. Can I say, he quoted $60 but I figured he would charge more once he was done because he really dug in and cleaned everything. He didn't. He only charged the $60. I gave him a large tip because I know he undercharged me. Y'all, book this guy before he realizes he is under charging. Once I agreed on a packed and payed and was going through the car wash I noticed the promotion was not applied and I was charged full price. No biggie . I was going to talk to her after I finished cleaning my car but she caught the error before I even had a chance to say anything and already had everything written down that needed to be done to get it solved. The amazing customer service at corporate office quickly fix this mistake and I was refunded the same day let alone on a Sunday! Excellent customer service all around !

I'm not exaggerating: Bam, bam, bam -- over and over while I sat inside watching it happen. When I got home and saw the dent, I immediately drove back. The guy at the front came out, looked at the damage, acknowledged it, and even had pictures taken of him pointing to the dent. He said he'd file a report but made it very clear that corporate decides everything and the location had no authority. Sure enough, corporate came back with the classic "that couldn't have happened here" excuse. Really? I was in the car detail business for 16 years -- I know damn well how this happened and how easy it is to damage a car with improper pressure washing technique. The cherry on top? The claims reps I had to deal with were rude, dismissive, and frankly seemed to have zero understanding of customer service -- or the industry they work in. They made it obvious their job isn't to help you, it's to shut you down. And yes, I've been burned by this place before. They stripped paint off my wife's brand-new car because they got too close with the pressure washer. They denied that too. Claimed "they couldn't find the film on the cameras." Total BS. Bottom line: This car wash operates at YOUR risk. They damage your car and deny everything. They don't train their staff properly, they don't own their mistakes, and they certainly don't value customers. Never again.

So, I guess be careful going to this shop because you're at the whims of if Jeff or whatever *feels like* looking at your car on any given day.
