I'm super impressed with this hometown generosity and care that is so rare these days. He also did this on a day when he was extremely busy. Important context, I am a mid-twenties girl traveling alone. I called Budget Towing & in less than an hour they arrived to give me a tow. Alan, the tower, explained everything he was doing, which added reassurance. He asked which place I wanted my car towed to, and instead, he suggested I take it to the shop he worked at. He didn't want me to get taken advantage of because of my demographic. I rode with him on the way to the shop and told him my situation. It was after 5:00 pm so many places weren't open, but Alan called around and was able to find the parts I needed. He said he was going to have the mechanics look at it right way in the morning. Alan not only helped me find a hotel that would be safe for me to stay at, but offered to give me a ride to the hotel and pick me up the next day. The following day, Alan picked me up from the hotel and let me stay in the office of the shop. They were beyond kind, offering a drink while I waited. They suggested additional fixes, but they were needed for my safety and they explained in layman's terms the fixes' importance. I knew I was in good hands. They were upfront about the price of the fix, and why. They worked with me on the payment and were more than understanding. Less than 12 hours after when my vehicle broke down I was on the road again. An experience like this could've been horrendous, but the crew at Budget Towing saved the day. I made it safely to my destination, and over a month later my vehicle is still running great. They have my & my families' upmost gratitude.
