I knew they were shady when they came out "recommending" that brake and power steering fluid be drained and replaced as a regular maintenance item. (Surprised they didn't tell me I needed new blinker fluid.) Not only that, since they worked on it I've been getting a loud vibration noise when the car idles. Like they didn't tighten something down. I wasn't going to bother reviewing, but I just had to have my rear brakes (and rotors) replaced less than 3000 miles since they "inspected" them and told me they were good. If I was that close to grinding metal on metal that would easily have been detected had they done an actual inspection. Nope, never going back.

Last week while on route from Chicago to Travers City MI, about a 6 hour trip, we discovered a…read morehuge gash in the sidewall of one of our Bridgestone DriveGuard tires, about halfway through the trip. These are run-flat tires designed to be driven up to 50 miles with no air at all. As a result, cars fitted with these tires are not outfitted with spares, nor do they contain spare tire compartments. The problem was the nearest shop with this tire in stock was 42 miles away. Enter Dustin at Grand Beach Towing. He arrived at our location in minutes, secured our car with great care, and drove my wife and myself to a location 42 miles away. While in route, he told stories about accommodating groups with more people than he had capacity to carry in his cab, by having friends and family to assist in transporting them, because he didn't want to leave them alone at a strange location. He is a great guy, and really honest. I would recommend him to anyone, including family.

Purchased two Used forklifts in December of 2021. (Did not receive them until February of 2022)…read morefrom Emergency Forklift with the understanding they would be gone through thoroughly. Fluids changed, new tires, fresh paint etc. and would be in Great running condition. After we received them, we found multiple issues. Basically nothing had been done to them other than new tires put on and a fresh coat of paint over the grease that was on them. They did not run properly, there was water in the hydraulic systems on both of them. They both needed the hydraulic system flushed a few times along with filter change at each flush. On one of them, there were gauges not working, the starter was loose along with a loose wheel due to King Pins needing replaced. The other one surged at idle, Had leaking hydraulic lines, needed steering components, IE King pins, Secondary Lift Cylinder leaked. Valve cover was leaking. Some of the issues were corrected. One of the forklifts was picked up, taken back to their shop and worked on and returned. The other forklift was supposed to be picked up but never was. Ken Basically blew us off. would not return calls, texts or emails. We purchased these on a handshake as we had dealt with them in the past and felt they were trustworthy. BIG MISTAKE. Ken talks a lot of BS. We had no grounds to stand on if we were to take this to court. I would not recommend Emergency Forklift as they do not stand behind what they say they are going to do. Lesson learned the hard way.
