This was the worst experience I've ever had in ordering new hearing aids. After 1-1/2 months, I had to travel in to their office to find out my hearing aids had never been ordered. They had my $500 deposit for 45 days & had no idea my order wasn't fulfilled. Had I not brought this to their attention, I doubt they would have ever realized their mistake. They were unwilling to credit me back the $68 for the hearing test as a goodwill gesture for their mistake. Apparently they are more about $$$ MONEY than customer service & satisfaction. AGAIN: I would NEVER recommend people use this business for hearing tests/aids. I ended up finding another audiologist in the area who had my new aids to me within 2 weeks - at a cost that was BELOW what Family Hearing was going to charge me for them!

She iis always responsive to questions and concerns I may have. She is knowledgeable and stays up to date on the latest research and new products. She really cares. The receptionist Jen is professional and has a very positive and cheerful personality. I would highly recommend Family Hearing and Balance.
