The first meeting when he came to see the property and discuss everything with us; he spent a good deal of time and listened to us and explained in detail what we could expect. Once we had the placed cleaned out, they came in and took photos to upload to their site, which is far reaching. Chase or Neil would contact us frequently to advise status of the market. they were very communicative and very responsive. The end became dicey due to the title company whom the buyer chose and Chase intervened repeatedly to facilitate the closing in a timely manner. The bottom line is they got it done and stayed in touch throughout the process. i would highly recommend this team for your needs.

Shortly after we had our contract 3 other offers came in before we closed on our home! For SALE BY OWNER worked for me and I am so glad I used an attorney for our closing... NO AGENT fees... It took me about 1.5 years to sell my home myself but the other homes were on the market an average of 8 months with agents. Sure they could have sold it a lot sooner but I would have lost a TON of $$$$$$! I broke even on the sale of my home and I feel everyone was happy with the price as the appraisal came in a little HIGHER than the price we were asking for on our home. Again, I had full intentions of listing with this office UNTIL they wanted to drop my price ridiculously LOW! I even compared my home with the recent sales and explained that they were getting even MORE amenities, land, and water rights than the other homes in the area!

We found Dana and immediately knew she was a perfect fit. After touring our home she picked up on every selling point and highlighted all the hard work we had put into remodeling it. Once we had it on the market she was the most attentive and avid realtor we could have hoped for. Anytime we reached out with questions or concerns she would answer within minutes. She was always ready with sound advice and was endlessly patient through all of the ups and downs of finding the right buyer for our home. We decided we were comfortable enough to purchase our new home nearer our job before selling the old one and left it entirely in Dana's hands. With all of the stress of moving, transitioning to new jobs, and also taking on two mortgages, Dana was truly the glue that held our sanity together. She was consistent, tenacious, and most importantly...honest. Dana's enthusiasm to sell our house and her inherent business sense had it sold in less than 3 months for exactly what we hoped to walk away with. As a final note, I would like to add that this was our first time selling a house and we quickly learned it is a very strenuous and turbulent endeavor. Dana stepped in and made the journey with us and every step of the way and that's really all anyone hoped for when trying to find the perfect realtor.

We had 2 large dogs which meant there were 2 places available to us for rent in the Martin County area. Julie was likeable, professional and showed us the 2 places quickly. Our choice was within an Association which meant at least a month long review for"tenant approval" in which she expedited as we had 10 days to make our move. She also negotiated an earlier date to get in with our Landlord. Our lease was clear on who pays for what - so when something broke in the home, we knew to contact the Landlord, as it was indicated in the Lease, and it was handled.
