They are a great group of knowledgeable, helpful, and genuinely friendly people. Not only did Dave save me money on my car insurance, which allowed me to get renter's insurance for only a few dollars a year, he was kind enough to sit with me for over an hour giving me financial planning advice. He explained everything to me in easy to understand terms, which made creating a financial plan significantly easier and doable. Not only are the people nice, the office dogs are awesome too! My dog had a great time playing with the staff and their two dogs. If nothing else, stop in and talk insurance so you get a free reusable grocery bag before you go to Vons. ;) Thanks guys!!

Their customer service was horrible and when I was filing my claim I received little help and my claim was being questioned a lot which bothered me. I pay State Farm $320 each month to insure all my cars for the past 6 to 7 years. That is roughly about 19K to 20K and they couldn't fix my claim? That is ridiculous. At this point I just want to know what the CEO of State Farm is doing with my money? Is he spending my money on his third house in Cancun? Because obviously he's not using the money to fix my claim!

After a…read more$200+ premium hike, I discovered blatant contradictions in my records. ​The Facts: ​Data Inconsistency: The office claimed they used "third-party" data for my mileage, yet they didn't have my 2024 smog certificate info--which is public record. ​Conflicting Stories: Business Manager Alyssa Shivers claimed in a voicemail she HAD my 2025 reading, then sent an email stating, "We do not have that number." ​Unprofessionalism: When I tried to address the $200 error, Alyssa refused to provide corporate contact paths. Another staff member, Jordan, refused to let me speak with anyone else, trying to force me back to the manager I was complaining about. ​I have filed formal reports with the CA Department of Insurance and State Farm Corporate. We had both our Auto and Home Owners Insurance with this agent for approximately two years…read more At the present time we have switched our Auto back to Allstate, which we had for 20+ years. Because we have an open Home Owners claim, we cannot switch our Home Owners back to Allstate. We will be doing this as soon as we can. Unable to give more than one star because of the issue with communication. Due to the recent rains our roof had a leak. It has been 2 months and the process of getting Our ceiling and bathroom back together is still going on. The roof was fixed only after I had To call the roofing company and then the water mitigation company. No help from State Farm, no recommendations given, days before returning my call. Days before text message Answered. Our agent has asked for photos of the water damaged areas at least three times. Really? Hopefully this nightmare will end soon.
