He showed up, took a look at the job and instead of giving me a quick quote and scheduling another time to do it, he asked if I was okay with him just knocking it out. Other people had told me that my repairs would take 8+ hours to complete...Herman was in/out in 2 hours and quoted me hundreds of dollars less than some others. I feel he did a fantastic job, he was friendly, and cleaned up everything prior to leaving. I couldn't recommend him more!

Several other electrical companies charged over $100 just to come out and do an estimate before even doing any work - I found this to be ridiculous and decided to go with "James Morrow Electrician and Handyman." I can tell you right away that I made a solid decision as that Jim did a great job from the gecko! He was very responsive, professional and explained everything he is going to do over the phone so that I felt comfortable with choosing him as a professional. When he arrived, he was very respectful to the property. He did not mind me watching him install the electrical outlets in my home and explain how the whole system works. Jim did a fantastic job of eliminating one of my existing electrical outlets and moving it up. He also installed a new GFI outlet in my bathroom so that I can hook up my beloved Japan-style bidet toilet. Overall Jim is very knowledgeable and experienced in his electrical work, as well as very meticulous in little details.
