I have seen Annie and Judy there before and they were great, but for some reason on one of my visits they assigned me to a person that couldn't understand anything I said. I haven't returned to this location since that time. I am very disappointed in this place. I have asked if I can pick my therapist and they won't give me a straight answer to that question. I would be a regular customer here if they had high standards, but it is clear in my case that they do not. During my last visit the therapist had to speak with me with the phone translator and used too much pressure even when I told her not to. That is disappointing and also dangerous from a health standpoint. The point of a massage is to relax not risk injury because of poor communication.

I asked a few questions as I was not sure she was a fit for what I wanted. In the end we set an appointment that I just now am leaving so very relaxed. Just want to sit in my car and take a nap. I sit at a desk all day and slouch and the job is very stressful so big knots be gone! And they were! Magic hands and highly experienced. I pull into the parking lot. The spa shares the 3333 building with other businesses.... Very easy to find. The space is clean and comfortable. There is a shared restroom that's locked but Heidi will unlock the door for you. The men's room is very clean. I was led into the room and asked to undress to my comfort level and instructed to lie facedown with the towel over my bum. A knock at the the door and it was on like Donkey Kong. Before we started Heidi asked me questions, I answered and her program was on point. It's like really good food. Showed up a few minutes ahead of time like the person advised when I booked. Bryce was my massage therapist. He is familiar with my chronic condition. He checked in and adjusted the pressure and massage as worked best for my body and loosening up my muscles. My neck felt like I had gained an inch or more because of how much more loose the muscles were upon leaving than when I got there. Posture felt way better. Space between my shoulders and ears longer with so much tension released. My hip flexors felt great and I can't wait to get home and do some pigeon poses to enjoy my newly loosened hips and legs. Would absolutely return the next time I am out this way. I would also recommend hibiscus to any friends traveling out here.
