When I arrived for my appointment, I did not see Alex So I sat in his barber's chair and waited. After waiting for 30 minutes and speaking to the barber working next to the chair where I was sitting, I asked "Where is Alex." I was then informed he was in Florida. No one in the shop had the decency to inform me that Alex was out of town when I arrived. Alex did not contact me and request that I reschedule due to the fact he would not be working when I was scheduled for a haircut. I have texted Alex twice regarding this issue. He does not respond to the texts at all. This treatment of customers is highly disrespectful -- I will not be returning and I don't recommend this establishment!

His family video called him and he answered and kept stopping to chat with them. He made my cuticles bleed and one ended up getting infected. It took him about an hour and 45 minutes to do my nails, when in other salons it's taken 1 hour for the same treatment with the same product out come. The placed reeked of smoke. He was very well spoke and nice. My nails have lasted for 3 weeks, but I will not be returning.
