A little back story: I currently live in North Carolina, but…read morethere are hardly any decent places to go to for a facial, so I thought that I might be able to find a place in Charleston, SC. I went to Charleston on vacation, but the pricing of facials in that area was ridiculous, so I decided that I would wait until I want up for vacation and find a place in Tallahassee. What happened: I did some research for local day spas in Tallahassee and somehow found this place! It didn't have many reviews, but the website was very informative and the price was right for my first facial. I STRUCK GOLD! The facial was amazing and I was pampered from the moment I walked into the room, until she was finished with my face and arms and head (yes, she massages all of that). Beware, this is a one woman show and she's busy, but that's a good thing because it means that she's good at what she does. She was very personable, friendly and she knows how to make your face feel like new. Make sure to book your appointment in advance, because she's pretty popular, but rightfully so. I will continue to come here for facials, although I'll have to wait until my next visit, this place is worth it.

I had some scars on my left cheek that looked like acne scars, but they weren't. They were result of a staph infection I had several years ago. I have done everything from laser treatments, to various things in between. Adair gave me 3 part Seaweed treatment and they are clearly less visible. Her facials are amazing!

I just assumed…read morethat since she traveled all that way to come here there must be something special about this store. Ummm... not really. It has wall to wall of hair care products for every hair type (not just African American) along with every color and type of extension and hair pieces. The prices are reasonable but there are cheaper options within the city. But this would be a great location to check on while out and about doing normal shopping because of it's prime location near the mall. While I'll continue using my normal store, I will probably stop in to see what's new here.

Terrible representation for this store. I experienced an incredibly hostile interaction with a…read morestaff member who refused to respect a simple boundary regarding how I was addressed. Her response to a basic request was to hurl personal insults and talk about me to other customers while I was still there. While management apologized over the phone, the behavior of the staff is completely unacceptable. She has worked absolute magic on my eyebrows every single time and I highly, highly recommend her! Getting your brows done typically takes 10-15 minutes but if you go before a big event or weekend there may be a line so be prepared. The price varies from $12 (Mon.-Wed.) to $15 (Thurs.-Sun.). This location has two entrances depending on if you are going for brow work or the other services such as nails. I have personally never gotten any other service before. The studio is well decorated and does not have that typical overpowering smell of acetone like other nail salons.
