They do a great job on my tough, cracked toenails. The staff is very qualified and friendly, and the price is reasonable.

I requested a full set with gel. I showed a pic to the nail tech on shape. I asked for a rounded and got oval. I also asked tech not to cut too short. Nails are too short and once he tries to shape as rounded they really would have been short. that's why he did oval so as to make them look longer. I will not return to get nails done there. $100 for a pedi and gel full set. I'm in the beauty business and have done nails before, so, I know what I asked for and what I got. read more

I went in wanting a gel mani and pedi. I was there like 15 minutes before anyone even asked what I wanted then they told me it would be a 30 minute wait so I said okay I would be back before that I was just gonna walk to the dollar store next door for a few to pass the time. I come back after like 20 minutes and me and the girl who walked in after me are still waiting and the owner asks another lady working who was there first and she said the other girl so I went to him and asked if there was a reason I got skipped and he said oh you were here last. I wasted almost and hour just to get skipped. And he had the audacity to laugh in my face and say sorry. WILL NOT BE GOING BACK! Regal Nails at walmart is better anyways! read more

I love all the people here they are all so kind and sweet. But last week I had a new lady doing my nails and she may have just been having a bad day but she did not have a good attitude and she was snatching my nails. Then my thumb got messed up so I asked her to re-do it and she completely ignored me. I will not come back to her. I'm not blaming the whole crew mostly her. read more

I have been here several times and obviously returned because I had normally gotten pretty good service and wonderful results. I asked for regular polish vs. gel because I didn't have much time. I was received right away. I asked to have my toenails cut as short as possible... she did not. The process went well until it was time to wipe my legs. She used a warm towel then cleaned the tub with it. She then massaged my legs and picked up the towel that she used to clean the tub to wipe my leg. I asked her to get a clean towel. She got two paper towels and wiped my legs. Then finished painting my toenails. Not her best job. She did a base coat then the polish and did not do a topcoat. Not sure if I will return. Going to Coco nails was probably one of the worst experiences that I have ever encountered. They twisted and snatched on my hand and I was overcharged. THEY DO NOT LIKE BLACK PEOPLE!!! I got charged $100 for a pedicure and a full set of nails. They were extremely rude to all the black peopl that came in, but was very cordial and welcoming to the whites. My question is why name your business "coco" nails when you don't like black people. They didn't even deserve 1 star!! read more

Henry is fantastic- I really like the way they do the pink and white full set- they all do fabulous spa pedicures. They really pay attention to details, are professional and best of all, the nail salon is clean. They autoclave all utensils and keep the equipment clean. I highly recommend. read more
