When I planned to sell my luxury beachfront condominium, I first contacted my trusted financial advisor. He highly recommended that I list my condo with Eric Pfeifer.

Backstory - my condo neighbor - who had listed his own unit several months earlier - told me he really liked "Realtor X." So, as a courtesy to this neighbor, I did talk with Realtor X.
