I brought them 2 single pane windows, one was broken and needed to be replaced and the other one just need to have the putty seal replaced. I took it there and they told me it would be 3 weeks before they could fix them, so they said I could take them out to the Ace out by Roosevelt School and they could get them finished in a few days, so that's what I did. They called a few days later to let me know they were ready. They told me I had to let them sit for about 2 to 3 weeks to let the putty dry. I didn't get a chance to look them over when I picked them up because I was in a hurry and was heading to the airport shortly after I had picked them up. When I got back in town I got a chance to look they over, and it was the worst window putty job I had ever seen, I could have done a better job, and it wasn't cheap! SO, I brought them to back to this store, because it was the closest to my house and told them I wasn't satisfied with what the work the other store did!! They were surprised that they did such a bad job. They said they would fix them, but it would take 2 to 3 weeks to fix them. I didn't care at this point as long as they were done right! To my surprise they called me a week later to tell me they were finished. I went out to pick them up the next day, and OMG, they were 100 times worse than before!!!!!! I was so damn mad that I just took them and left because this company has the most incompetent people working for them that I've ever dealt with!!!!!!!!!!!! And that's saying a lot, I worked in the construction industry for over 30 years! DO NOT EVER GO TO ACE IF YOU NEED QUALITY WORK DONE, ESPECIALLY WINDOW WORK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Even attempting today to pickup online order from the storefront pickup boxes was met with a power trip employee trying to block me from coming in the store 5 minutes early. Despite allowing all the contractors enter to get shopping I was being blocked from walking 5 ft into the man-trap to just pickup a package via locker and leave, when I asked if I could do that and I had no intention of entering the store I was accused of "Getting pissy" - all I did was ask if I could simply retrieve my package from the locker and leave. I should of just walked off and let the item sit to receive a refund, kinda ridiculous only way I could of gotten what I needed from the store at a fair price was to order it online for delivery anyways. Some Ego employee on a power trip decided it was their priority to provide trash customer service by giving me a rough time with a very reasonable request considering the doors where already open. Just stay away from this place its not worth visiting.. unless of course you need paint. Praise the paint department.

They have an indoor lumbar yard. Large selection of tools, flooring, garden center and any home improvement items. Prices are average. I am here about once a month. Staff is friendly and helpful when you can find someone.
